We're thrilled to invite you to celebrate with us in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! Our wedding will be held on March 7th, 2027 at the beautiful Secrets / Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa.
Liz Moore Destination Weddings is handling all travel arrangements for our wedding group. We've reserved discounted, all-inclusive group rates for all of our guests — but rooms are limited and first-come, first-served, so please book early!
Our wedding takes place at a two-in-one resort complex on Banderas Bay — one of the largest bays in the world. Secrets Vallarta Bay (adults only) and Dreams Vallarta Bay (family friendly) sit side by side and share the same stretch of golden-sand beach. Both are all-inclusive. Choose the side that fits your travel party.
Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa is elegantly appointed just a few steps away from the famous boardwalk "El Malecón" and its vibrant ambiance full of art galleries, shopping and amazing nightlife. All luxurious accommodations are equipped with the latest gadgets and sophisticated decoration. Some swim-out suites have direct access to the pool, overlooking Pacific blue waters and a relaxing beach. Paris and Mia have reserved discounted, land-only, all-inclusive group rates. Rates are in CAD dollars, per person, per night, based on double occupancy, and taxes are included. A minimum 3-night stay is required. Travel dates: March 3rd–10th, 2027. To get these rates, you must book through our official group booking link.

Room availability is live and changes as guests book — the booking form shows what's currently available. If the room category you want isn't appearing on the booking form, contact Rachael directly and she'll request it from the resort based on availability.
† Occupancy and bedding configurations are as listed on the official booking page's Dreams junior suite categories; you'll choose a bedding preference (1 or 2 beds) at booking, which is a request subject to resort approval. Confirm specifics with Rachael.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $150.00 CAD per person confirms your reservation and locks in your rate.
Balance of your stay is due to the travel agency.
Arrive at least 24–36 hours before the wedding day in case of flight delays or cancellations.
The big day — we'll see you on the beach.
You'll land on our official group booking page hosted by Liz Moore Destination Weddings (it's not pretty, but it's secure and official!). Click the "Book Now" button at the bottom of that page to open the booking form.
Enter each traveler's details exactly as they appear on their passport, choose your travel dates and room category, and complete the credit card authorization (covers your deposit — or full payment if you prefer). The form is encrypted, and only our travel agent Rachael has access to the payment details.
Within 72 business hours you'll receive a reservation confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Your deposit will be applied manually by the agency (the charge may appear from the supplier rather than the agency, and can take 3–5 business days to process).
Final payment is due December 4th, 2026. Rachael will take care of the rest.
The official form is a 5-step accordion protected by reCAPTCHA. Nothing is charged automatically — the agency applies payment manually and sends an invoice within 72 business hours.
Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The resort is only 15 minutes (4.5 miles / 7.2 km) from the airport.
Flights and airport transfers are not included in the room rates.
Recommended transfer company: Amstar for pre-booked airport-to-resort service.
Everyone needs a valid passport. Your booking name must match your passport exactly.
Please give yourself at least 24–36 hours before the wedding day, in case of delays or cancellations.
If you arrive before check-in time, you can still use all the amenities. Pack a small carry-on with swimwear and essentials so you can start enjoying the resort while you wait for your room.
